We are thrilled to introduce our very first house-roasted coffee. This is a moment we’ve been building toward for a long time. To mark this special chapter, we chose one from Daterra Farm in Brazil. We got this coffee from our good friends at Monogram Coffee. Originally sourced from the eco-pioneers at Daterra, this coffee is completely unique in its processing. Instead of a traditional harvest, these cherries are left to dry naturally right on the tree, resulting in an explosion of natural sweetness and a thick, syrupy body. Taking these exceptional green beans into our own roaster, we’ve crafted a profile that celebrates its origin while delivering a vibrant, rich mouthfeel bursting with notes of Roasted Nuts, Apple Pie and Dark Chocolate. Something everybody can enjoy as a daily cup of coffee in your precious coffee time.
